While pho is one of Vietnam’s most beloved and internationally known dishes, the restaurant also serves other popular Vietnamese favorites, along with a few Asian comfort food dishes for guests to enjoy. At Pho Kitchen, the pho broth is simmered for 24 hours using top-quality meat and spices to create a flavorful, aromatic, and balanced bowl. Every dish is prepared with fresh ingredients, care, and the kind of attention that makes good food feel comforting and memorable.

Pho Kitchen is owned by Steven and Grace, a husband-and-wife team who bring together both family tradition and professional experience. Steven has worked in the restaurant business for 20 years and learned to cook by helping his mother and grandmother in the kitchen, where he discovered the love and patience behind Vietnamese home cooking.

Grace was an HR executive for Sony and Aon in Vietnam before joining Steven in building Pho Kitchen. With Grace’s Central Vietnamese family roots and Steven’s Southern Vietnamese cooking background, they hope to blend the flavors, traditions, and warmth of both regions into food that feels authentic, welcoming, and made with heart.
